Rebecca Rideout

As owner of Told, Rebecca has filmed, edited, and produced award-winning videos for dozens of clients for over 11 years. Her videos have been recognized by the Telly Awards, Summit International Awards, and the regional Ad Club. Recent work includes campaigns for the American Farmland Trust, the USDA Farm to School Grant, grant-funded films for Mass Humanities, the Collaborative for Educational Services, Franklin County's YMCA, ServiceNet, Eaglebrook, Bement School, and many many more.

Simultaneously, she has worked as Producer, Lead Editor, Post-Production Supervisor, Cinematographer, Field Producer and/or Associate Producer on several major feature-length documentaries, including Ariel Phenomenon (landing spots on Entertainment's and People Magazine's top ten lists and an NPR special), a feature film about the Hampshire College Summer Studies in Mathematics, Hunting Yellow Pigs, that highlights an advanced mathematics program for teens, and features well-known alum with far-reaching impacts across the US, and Rising River's Edge, a Mass-Humanities-funded film exploring the effects of climate change on the farms and community of Franklin County, MA.
Prior to Told, Rebecca worked on films for Monadnock Media, Inc., multiple PBS-broadcast productions for Florentine Films / Hott Productions, and additional various feature-length documentaries.
